In January 2016 we became part of the APRIL International family, a global insurance specialist with over 6 million clients based in 33 countries. We continue to strive to deliver the best possible plans and service to our customers, in line with APRIL’s values.
Following the acquisition, we have been working to design a new medical insurance proposition for our clients throughout Asia and Lieva Hong Kong and Lieva Singapore are now being replaced with MyHEALTH, our new highly flexible plan. As with Lieva, MyHEALTH is underwritten by our insurance partner Liberty International Insurance Limited (Hong Kong) and Liberty Insurance Pte Ltd (Singapore).
On renewal all current Lieva members will transfer seamlessly to the nearest equivalent MyHEALTH plan, under continuous terms. This means no new underwriting will be conducted for members moving to MyHEALTH and any special terms will be carried-over.
MyHEALTH is an evolution of Lieva and much will be familiar to you; most benefits remain the same and several have been added or increased.
